Lower back pains are very common injuries. Studies have shown that up to 80% of all adults in Australia will at some stage have some form of back pain in their lifetime. We endeavour to treat all back pains in an individualised manner whether it be a recent injury or a chronic recurring history of lower back pain.

How we treat lower back pains:

Back pains can come in many different forms and presentations. Not any two back issues are the same and treatment should always be tailored to your needs. With an in depth interview and assessment we can work with you to educate and devise a treatment plan for your lower back and upper back. We offer hands on treatment for your lower back to help ease and decrease lower back pain, discomfort and stiffness. Working with you can can also help with specific exercises related to your back condition aimed at increasing range of movement, core stability and function.

Following surgery, we can also guide you through the process of education, increasing range and strength and returning you to strength to allow you to continue your everyday activities. We can help you return to full function and help with core stability exercises.

Physiotherapy can also help expectant and new mothers who have pregnancy related back pains. We offer hands on relief for back, neck and hip as well as other pregnancy related discomfort. We also offer one on one strengthening training for your pre and post natal needs.
